Role Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Specialist I at Amped Data Solutions, you'll be driving our marketing and sales strategies with data insights. Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Assist in customer segmentation and targeting strategies based on data-driven findings.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, A/B testing, and ROI to optimize strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and leverage data insights to refine strategies.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts by engaging with stakeholders and prospective clients through postings, comments, and messages.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with team to design and produce high-quality promotional materials and compelling content to resonate with our target audience.

Sales Support:

  • Provide data-driven insights to support the sales team in targeting potential clients and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Immerse yourself in our customer's world, understanding their needs and translating them into a visionary data model that unveils the hidden stories within raw data.
  • Be the visionary that identifies the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will light the way to success. Keep a watchful eye on these metrics, guiding our customers toward their goals.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by translating complex requirements into technical specs.
  • Build and nurture online communities and partnerships to foster brand advocacy.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience and understanding in marketing and sales analysis, preferably in the data solutions or tech industry.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative touch.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales software.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with small business marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
